1.Q. Will my Cakes fit.

A. We give measurements of all our products in the description notes. Click on learn more and scroll down to see this information. To make sure your cakes fit you would need to measure your cake or cakes along side each other and the height to see if it fits within the measurements given.

2.Q. When will my order be delivered.

A. Our delivery service is NEXT day, based on a Monday to Thursday order before 2pm. Friday order before 1pm.  There is no alternative so you do not need to click on anything at checkout to receive this service. We now offer a Saturday/Sunday delivery (surcharges apply). You need to call 01245 471115 if you require this. Details on delivery can be found by clicking on the ‘Free Delivery on Orders Excpetions Apply!’ on the top of the front page.     

 3.Q. Is it definately next day.

A. The service agreement we have with DPD is next day. However like anything we cannot 100% guarantee this. There is the very rare occasion when the parcel may get delayed at the DPD sorting HUB or the driver is delayed when out on the road. WE stongly advise our customers to order in plenty of time to save any disappointment.

4.Q.  How many in a pack.

A.  If you click on ‘learn more’ it will take you to the next page. Details and description, including pack quantities can be found on this page.

 5.Q. Is there a minimum order.

A. Yes the minimum order is £26.00 including VAT.

 6.Q. Does the price include vat.  

A. No the price you see is excluding VAT this is added at checkout.    

 7.Q. I have ordered the wrong product/The product is damaged or incorrect.

A. if you have a discrepancy with your order. This must be reported to cake boxes direct within 3 days of delivery, by email:- [email protected] or phone:- 01245 471115. 

8.Q I want to return a product.

A. We do not offer a sale and return policy as our products are for food use. If you are unsure of any item please call our Cake Box Team on 01245 471115 who will be happy to answer any questions you have.

Returns are at the discretion of the Manager. An unwanted product can only be returned and refunded, if it has been unopened and reaches us in a resalebale condition. Returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

9.Q. Do you sell in smaller quantities.

A. We only sell in the quantities you see in the description of the product. We do not split into smaller quantities or mix colours etc. unless stated.
