Cake Boxes Direct Limited Christmas Courier Delays 2022

Dear Customers,

We would like to thank you for your continued support, especially during this busy Christmas period. 

We are emailing to apologise for the delays you may be facing from our courier companies. Courier companies are taking longer to deliver parcels, this is due to high volumes, Royal Mail strikes and bad weather which is impacting their usual service. We can only apologise on their behalf for the delay on your goods. We can guarantee the goods leave our warehouse on time.

A reminder of our Christmas Opening dates: 
Thursday 22nd December 2022 – Open – 9.00am – 4.00pm
Friday 23rd December 2022 – Monday 2nd January 2023 – Closed

The office and warehouse will reopen on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
