Ovenable Hand Erect Silicone Traybake

These trays are made from recyclable lined microfluted board.
They can be used for baking in, up to 220°C in a conventional oven or microwave. The microfluted material also helps to prevent localised hotspots during baking.
These trays are also freezable and may be frozen to -40°C. They are designed to hold cold desserts and ice creams.
Once baked, you can turn out your product and package as you desire or you can leave the baked goods in the tray and cover with the Tray Lid* for storing or for transporting to your customer.
The trays are supplied flat pack to reduced storage space.
